Home › Products › IBC Oil Dispensing System
A heavy-duty, turnkey bulk lubricant station for assembly lines, OEM plants and maintenance bays. It draws oil straight from standard 1,000 L IBC totes and delivers exact, repeatable volumes to the point of use – no manual drum handling, no spills, no cross-contamination.
Each grade gets its own viscosity-matched air pump, colour-coded retractable hose reel and digital preset metering gun with automatic shut-off, all mounted on a floor-anchored steel dispensing manifold.

Pumps direct from IBC totes — about five 210 L barrels per line
Key features
- Multi-viscosity pumping — 3:1 air pumps for hydraulic and engine oils, 5:1 for heavy gear oils, for steady flow over long hose runs.
- Hands-free preset batching — quick-select 10 / 1 / 0.1 L keys; AUTO mode shuts off flow the moment the target volume is reached.
- Field-calibratable — electronic K-factor adjustment on site to suit each oil’s viscosity and ambient temperature.
- Organised, safe floor — colour-coded spring-retractable reels (blue, red, grey) with front nozzle holsters; no trailing hoses.
- Direct-from-tote supply — top-mounted stub pumps with rigid suction tubes and dedicated FRL air units turn standard IBC cages into pressurised bulk reservoirs.

Advantages
- Zero cross-contamination — dedicated pump, hose, reel and gun for every grade, sealed from tote to machine.
- No overfilling or waste — AUTO shut-off dispenses the exact preset (e.g. 4.0 L or 10.0 L) and stops on its own.
- Heavy oils flow freely — matched pump ratios move 85W-140 gear oil without stalling or pressure drop.
- Safer, 5S-ready floor — retractable reels and holsters remove trip hazards and oil puddles.
- Less handling, less downtime — fewer container changeovers and less forklift traffic.
Applications
- Heavy equipment and commercial vehicle assembly — first-fill and top-up of hydraulics, transmissions and engines on transit mixers, excavators, loaders and trucks.
- Fleet maintenance workshops — preventive maintenance for mining, logistics and municipal fleets.
- Steel, mining and power plant lube rooms — central bulk storage and dispensing for gearboxes and hydraulic power packs.
- Manufacturing cells — clean, metered charging of sub-assemblies, compressors and gear drives.
Site requirements and limitations — read before you plan the installation
- Compressed air is essential. Needs a continuous supply of clean, dry, lubricated air at 5 – 6 bar. Wet or unregulated air above 8 bar can damage pump seals; below 5 bar, heavy gear oils flow slowly.
- Fixed footprint. The stand is anchored in front of three IBC totes. The floor must carry about 3.4 tonnes when full, with rear or side aisle clearance for forklifts to swap totes.
- Calibration at commissioning. Meters are factory-set on a baseline fluid. Each line is verified volumetrically and its K-factor adjusted on site for its oil grade; recheck after major seasonal temperature changes.
- For oils only. Standard carbon-steel and nitrile/polyurethane wetted parts suit petroleum and synthetic lubricants — not corrosive chemicals, DEF/AdBlue or flammable solvents.
Featured project
