Filter rolls for machine tool coolant, industrial oil and dust collection — cut to your machine width.
Filter media is a made-to-order consumable — the roll is slit to suit your machine. Media grade determines what it filters and how fine; width and length are set by your equipment. Tell us the three and we’ll quote.

Coolant filtration
Cellulose / viscose roll →
20–40 GSM, 25–60 µm. The economy workhorse for water-based coolant — roughing, general grinding, milling and turning.
Polyester non-woven roll →
35–55 GSM, 10–30 µm. Higher wet strength, water and oil based. The standard choice for CNC machining centres and surface grinding.
Polypropylene non-woven roll →
35–60 GSM, 5–25 µm. Best chemical resistance — neat cutting oil, honing oil and aggressive coolants, mirror-finish work.
Oil filtration
Industrial & hydraulic oil roll →
40–60 GSM, 5–25 µm. For hydraulic oil, quench oil and cutting oil — higher temperature tolerance and oil compatibility.
Air filtration
Dust collector media roll →
200–550 GSM heavy non-woven for dust collection units. Specified by air permeability and efficiency class rather than micron.
